HP pokemon with 50 as their Defences are terrible. Even a pokemon with 600 HP Pokemon can be taken down from a strong Sweeper. I still like the idea of a great tanker. 160/40/95/60/95/50=510 BST. Blissey have WAAAAY less defense, and they can survive a brick break from Salamence, so your argument sucks.

The hp gain from wailord to norcale is massive and unbalanced in my opinion. It got 90 BSP in hp and almost nothing beneficial in it's other stats. I don't really like the name and classification, but that's not very significant. Also, how does it evolve? Happiny base HP: 100 Chansey base HP: 250
Change in base HP: 150.

Blissey also has a myriad of support options by virtue of its egg group and typing. A Wailord evo would have none of the above, and would most likely still have Rest as its only way of healing.
So what would this Pokemon accomplish, exactly?

Protect, Surf, Rest, Sleep Talk
If you don't have some STAB Thunderbolt or Grass Knot, good luck killing that efficiently.

Yeah, and good luck doing anything to your opponent's team in the process. Anything with a Water resist totally screws it over, especially Latias.

Yeah, because I would totally do that on an offensive team.
Clearly it's for use on a stall team. The infamous Wishbliss does the same thing just a bit more effectively, and they usually run Flamethrower.
Oh, hai, my name is Heatran, what's yours?

What do you mean Wishbliss does the same thing? Your proposed set can't pass on 50% healing to its teammates, and it can't wall special attacks nearly as effectively.
And switching in Heatran on a Blissey is stupid, because you're just opening yourself up to being hit by a Heatran counter.

Most likely Earthquake. Earthquake = Physical = Dead Blissey

Mine can take hits in general better than Blissey. 50 defense over 10 might not seem much, but it will make a lot of difference, and Wailord can throw out attacks a hell of a lot better than Blissey. Not having Wish is a slight convenience, but instant full recovery is better than using Wish, hoping to survive, then protecting the next turn.
How is switching Heatran into Blissey stupid? Switch Heatran into Blissey on a Flamethrower, get the Flash Fire boost, and Blissey will be forced to switch, because neither Toxic nor Flamethrower can touch Heatran. This allows the Heatran to throw a boosted Fire Blast at whatever the Blissey user switches too. The only thing that can reliably take a Flash Fire boosted Fire Blast is another Heatran.

Or Kingdra, or specially-defensive Latias. And most, if not all, stall teams carry Latias these days. Barring a critical hit, Heatran's not gonna be able to break through Latias, regardless of whether or not the Heatran carries Dragon Pulse. Then Heatran will have to switch, lest it sit there and let Latias set up Calm Minds.

Blissey can't take on Kingdra or a specially defensive Latias either.
Heck, next to nothing that uses special attacks can take on specially defensive Latias, either, so what, exactly, is your point?
