I don't see the point in a pokemon specializing in HP. But zettaslow make his become slimmer, and that was pretty stupid. I'm a bit indifferent on both.

Extremely overpowered, I would suggest just improving defenses a little more rather than an overhaul in HP.

It's not overpowered. The only thing he got over Wailord was more HP and less speed. Attacks didn't change enough to make a difference.

Thin or not thin, we think it needs work. If you really only wanted to post this so you can take apart arguements that are against this and praise those for it, then why see what we think in the first place.

I never agreed to KillingEdge's thing anyway.
And if you're going to post "refine" to a submission, you gotta have reasons, and so far, none of your reasons are good.
Pokefan thought it shouldn't specify in HP, which is totally and completely wrong, killerchaos said the SAME thing pokefan said, and pikminguy said a large amount of nothing.
So I haven't recieved a valid reason.

The hp gain from wailord to norcale is massive and unbalanced in my opinion. It got 90 BSP in hp and almost nothing beneficial in it's other stats.
I don't really like the name and classification, but that's not very significant.
Also, how does it evolve?

HP pokemon with 50 as their Defences are terrible. Even a pokemon with 600 HP Pokemon can be taken down from a strong Sweeper. I still like the idea of a great tanker.
160/40/95/60/95/50=510 BST.
