Cryolunis is right between Nulipyre and Elezenth on the tier list, putting it in the Excellent Tier. This is only through Base Stats, however, not including moves, abilities, and typing.

Oh, thanks. It will probably be just like infernape battle wise.

Well, that's all with the movepool as well. Movepools can turn losers on the tier list into beasts.
Well, the Average ones, anyway...I think

yeah, a pokemon no one thinks is good will probably be the best...

Well, let's think. We have Tropalm in the average tier, because the stats are not amazing, but not horrible either. It is, I believe, a Grass/Fire type. This allows it to learn excessive Fire-type moves, while still being able to SolarBeam with Sunny Day in play. The main strategy of the Pokemon is usually more important than the Base Stats, and the tiers are mainly based off of BST's, follow by their distribution methods. Stibete is at the top for both of those reasons: High BST and great distribution.

Yeah, I'm gonna brag crazy now, but Austraven and Cosmistar and Cryolunis could beat it. Bragging is over.

Well, yes, many of my custom Pokemon could own it. Except for Duplitto and Smudgle...
Tropalm has the same BST as Tropius, I believe, and they just distribute differently. This allows the added Fire typing to shine in. Again, Base Stats aren't the only thing you have to calculate to see if it's better.
Tropalm could destroy all 3 of those with the proper item, EVs, natures, and moves.

Umm, thats the same for almost every pokemon. I mean, because it's part grass, austraven has type advantages, and you know Cosmistar would just beat it, if you check it...

Just because Austraven has type advantage doesn't mean it will defeat Tropalm, yet it probably would anyway. Cosmistar is great and all, and could probably beat Tropalm easily, but it all depends on if it learns good Special Attacks compared to Tropalm. That's sweeper vs. sweeper, and maybe the best sweeper win.

Cosmistar has 130 (I think) special attack, and it's supernova attack has 120 power (special), and raises it's sp atk by 2 levels, but can't be used for three turns.

Cosmistar has 120 SpAtk, while Tropalm has 111. But what TYPE is Supernova? Aura type moves don't hit Grass for Super Effective. SolarBeam can hit Cosmistar with no problem.
Therefore, if Cosmistar wasn't Aura typed, and Supernova is Fire typed, you might beat Tropalm. But what about other Pokemon?

Hmm, lets see the case with Austraven...

Okay, I'll be waiting. I'm not trying to prove that Tropalm is amazing, I'm trying to say that just because it has a lower tier doesn't mean it's always beatable.

Well, Austraven is in essence, almost the same as Togekiss, just much more of a special sweeper.

First, by tier, Togekiss is better, mainly because it can also serve as a better tank than yours.
Austraven will basically touch Tropalm and kill it. Austraven has the Special Defense to tolerate Tropalms devastation, yet Tropalm doesn't have the defense to stop your blows. Therefore:
Togekiss>Austraven>>Tropalm
Want me to evaluate Cryolunis and see if he gets pwned?
