This game needs an anti-Garchomp. It's so bad the pokemon was declared uber. So, I have a few ideas, but we need a couple pokemon and some moves that pokemon can learn that can counter this beast.

Garchomp does just fine in the Uber tier.

Why shouldn't it be? It's got Swampert-esque bulk, access to Swords Dance, STAB on two very good attacking types, and a Stealth Rock resist.
