Pokedex Entry:Wispos have been seen dancing around each other, as if they're playing

Appearence: A bigger ball, hands are more bigger and to the side, and has human-sized feet and Pidgeotto-sized wings at the back
Ability:Flash Fire OR Levitate
Height:2"5
Weight:50 lbs
Pokedex Entry: No one is quite sure WISPON hve wings, but it may be due of a Dragon DNA strand in it's back

Wispondon
Type: Fire/Dragon
Appearance: The ball is now double it's length, now looking more cylinder shaped, wings are Pedgeot-size and in the middle, and has long legs that flow like tails, as well as short arms, and a more dragon-like head
Ability:Flash Fire OR Levitate
Height: 3"0
Weight: 75 lbs
Pokedex Entry: It's one Dragon DNA strand started multiplying when it elvolved.

I believe I've made something like this already, Phantasma and Flamageist, but they are Ghost, not Dragons.
