Description: Similar to Polursa, however it is taller and more slender, with long, muscular arms and bigger fists ending in sharp claws. It now has larger fangs, a smaller nose, and its blue belly is now muscular and toned. Its enitre back is now covered in jagged blue stripes.

Weight: 218.4lbs
Entry: This wise and powerful Pokemon is able break through 6 feet of glacier ice with a single strike.

Yes, its better. But you might want to alter appearance, b/c all I really see is a modified Regice, which is not something we really want.

There ya go, hope the changes are to everyones liking. I changed the stats around to make it more bearish. Polar bear was a better idea tbh, just never crossed my mind. Also, let me know about the evolution's name, I'm not too sure which one is more fitting.

Lol, I know, but look at Teddiursa and Ursaring. Game Freak has just as much trouble with bear Pokemon as me.

Well, ursa is pretty much the word for bear in like every language, so it's hard to find derivatives.
