Looks fun, if you ask me. We could follow the exact steps for the CAP on Smogon, but do it here instead. Then, it can be available on our own game!
I would suggest we get some Competitive Battling-inclined people to do it, since we don't want to make a Pokemon from everyone just to make it in. Why not just have one person do that?
So, just vote, and if we get enough yes's, then we'll start. Poll ends when ninplayer and KE say it should end. And when I say it ends.

Aren't we already creating pokemon? And how would it be for competitive use only?
I really don't see the point.

Just to do it. A lot of us have realized that the ONLY people that have authority in the first place with accepting Pokemon are ninplayer and KE. However, they have a say in this Pokemon, and everyone else also has official say in the Pokemon. We can all also give opinions on this Pokemon, and I'll be in charge. HOWEVER, unlike the original CAP, everyone who has a good idea on what they contribute will basically be combined. So, if me, KE, ninplayer, pokefan, and MGS all have the same idea but different perspectives, I'll attempt to fit everyone's perspectives. Yet, the only way an idea can be accepted is if ninplayer or KE have a similar idea. This means KE or ninplayer still have mandatory say, but everyone else still has a voice.
Sound like a plan?

But you said that KE/niny had to have a similar idea as our pokemon. What if they didn't?

Then we would have to compromise. If that doesn't work, then it's what I say.
I'm a mod, so I should have a little say.
