An absolutely fearsome attacker, this thing is. It's BST is equal to that of Lati@s.

Yeah, which is why I don't like the BST...
But we definitely need more Ice-types aimed towards Sweeping, so I'm all for it.
And, if we're lucky, we can use this and Armagonex as a pair. We'd just need 2 pre-evos.

We have plenty of legendary Pokemon already from 4th gen. We don't need an Ice/Dragon. It is more vulnerable to Stealth Rock, I have plenty other reasons, and seems like it could easily match as Armagonex's other half.
If we really need another legendary, though, I guess we can bring this one in.

If this becomes Armagonex's counterpart, then I move to weaken Zenithor a bit. Seriously, Zenithor/Armagonex/Frosvetr/Millitusk/Ralzaleaf? is a bit much for pseudo-ubers, especially seeing as every other game only had two each tops.
RBY had Dragonite, GSC had Tyranitar, RSE had both Salamence and Metagross, and DPPt had Garchomp.

Zenithor and Millitusk should be weakened. There would still be 3, but 3 psuedo legendaries isn't that bad.
