Appearance: A white Evee (less dog like) with a light blue aura and long ears and a short, bushy tail.
Ability: Seraphim (Deals 50% more damage with Aura-Type attacks at 1/3 health or less)*
Weight: 22 lb
Height: 2' 3"
Pokedex Entry: AUREON only come out at daytime because they like to feel the sun warm their fur.
Evolves: When Eevee is traded with "light ball"
Stats: Higher Sp. Attack and Sp. Defense, average at Speed and Defense, and weaker at Attack

The only problem with this is that borealis made an excellent Aura typed evolution of Eevee back in the 500 post topic, named Prismeon.

Prismeon is SO original coming from the same guy who made Prismaraven. BTW, Prismaraven is one letter too long for a Pokemon name.
Also, Seraphim should activate when the user is at 1/3rd of its HP or less, like how every other 50% boost ability works.
