Okay, I just confused myself.
Armagonex is suitable for the Champion, and Zenithor as well, but not quite for the Red. I believe that Red should have the Aura-typed Eeveelution, Raichu (for the hell of it), Blissey, and the most powerful Fire-type, the most powerful Water-type, and Ralzaleaf, since it is the most powerful Grass-type thus far.
Oh, and I would really just like to say that if someone uses my levels, say so in your post. I'm confused on who has what.

Okay, but I'm assuming KE didn't use them, and I really didn't care for viewing the Pokemon.
I could've easily decided the Pokemon for each Gym Leader, thank you very much, but sadly, we haven't finished every Pokemon quite yet.
Are we at least finished with the ones in the pre-National Dex? If so, I can get to it.
And no, pokefan, we're not bending rules so that YOUR Pokemon is the signature. I just want to let you know that signature Pokemon don't have to always be 5th gen, either. The Mightyena evo, Honchkrow, Weavile, Cacturne, etc. can all be signature Pokemon since Dark hasn't had a Gym Leader yet.
Oh, and KE, honestly THAT IS VERY TENTATIVE if you ask me. You have 2 Bug gym leaders, even. WTF?
Okay, using my levels, I'll search for Pokemon to put in here right here. This can also help with adding non-5th gen Pokemon to the Silcoh Dex.

Yeah, are the gym types also changeable, because Dark/Aura NOT being the 8th gym leader and Poison NOT being in the E4 both bug me. And we actually deserve another Dragon gym leader, Claire was badass.
