Umm, you DO know, minguy, that as that ability works, it makes it harder and harder to make the Pokemon lose 15% more. Not too hard, though.
Ability is great! I would give it 8/10, and it needs refining, but just change the BST and make it about 500-515, as it is a single-stage Pokemon. And I can't picture the Pokemon in my head.

Ability doesn't follow the evasion clause, so it would be unusable in any form of competitive play.
Also, someone else already made an illusion Pokemon and I'm pretty sure its in the dex. Not positive though.

Metalgear, completely get rid of the ability.
Evasion Clause is a clause that prohibits ANYTHING from raising evasion or reducing accuracy unless its a side effect of a move, like Octazooka for example...although I don't know why anyone would use that move.
Since its ability boosts evasion, it wouldn't be allowed in competitive play.

I think apearance wise it should have an aura of some sorts, because now all I'm thinking of is Rayman, and plus if you make the ability a speed based one, it wouldn't be banned.
