I think it might be a good idea to make a chat box for the forum, like xat. Not only will it help lower the amount of simple question spams, but it can also help when there is a deep conversation that requires back and forth feedback. Just a suggestion.

Chatboxes are usually looked down upon, but it couldn't really hurt too much.

We don't have THAT many users, so I don't think a chatbox would be too out of hand. It would also allow me to more readily help people in need of my skills.
