I think actual numbers for base stats would be more useful, and the BST

Very very over-powered. It's ability is deadly. It has a type combination that has no weaknesses.
And for those wondering what his base stats are:
160 110* 65 65 110 30
* slightly higher
I like the sprite though, did you make it?

Yes I did the spriting, I was hoping for it to be slightly OP because its a legend. And I can do sprites for the game if needed.

You could probably just put down low/average/high next to the 6 stats and I might be able to come up with them for you.
