With this moveset, you will have the ultimate support set on your team that can prevent damage, keep everybody healed, and remove all status effects from your team. Synthoma already carries Natural Cure, allowing it to take status then leave to get rid of it, but you can also utilize Aromatherapy to remove status from your teammates. Blissey thunder waving your team to hell? Aromatherapy, switch to physical attacker, and get rid of it. If you're not to worried about status crippling your team, you could instead use Synthoma to cripple your opponent! Synthoma has access to both Thunder Wave and Toxic, extremely useful moves that can ruin some Pokemon. Thunder Wave is more useful than Toxic, making even the fastest attackers very slow.
Wish is a given on this set. Synthoma was just made to use wish. Great special defense allows it to take a flamethrower or two, wish, then pass it to someone who needs it, keeping your team healthy. The third moveslot is a toss-up. You can try Light Screen or Reflect, and if you do that, you may want to consider using Light Clay to make your screen last longer. You may, however, want to use Rest, which nets you a full heal and after switching removes the status. You can also use even Recover, which offers instant recovery and you don't have to switch away.
Grass Knot is a reliable attack that deals decent damage to a lot of the threats of the metagame. There are some other options that could go here, too though. Synthoma boasts a fantastic 125 base Special Attack, so anything could go there and you could do decent damage.
