It hurts the opponent, and you gain 10% of the damage you dealt.

Ability: Air Lock

Pokedex Entry: CUMULO only appear on days with good weather, and enjoy socializing with other CUMULO and flying types
Evolves to Nimbo if learns Rain Dance; Evolves to Heacloud if learns Sunny Day.
Base Stats: 60/40/40/40/40/60

Type: Flying/Water
Appearance: A storm cloud. Unhappy face.
Ability: Drizzle
Height: 4'5"
Weight: 500 lbs
Pokedex Entry: NIMBO are CUMULOs that have been exposed to bad weather, and cause heavy precipitation wherever it goes
