Is Elevine very similar to Tangela or not? I suggest having Elevine as a side evolution for Tangela or something.
What types are the legends, at least, so we don't end up using that unique type several times.

If it's alright with ninplayer or whoever made Elevine, I'd like to take over working on it. I've had many ideas for a Grass/Electric type, and could probably whip up something really cool.

I can scrap elevine. It's the only grass/electric I could come up with.

Well, don't scrap Elevine yet, because knowing KillingEdge, he'll make SURE it works.
