No. Roserade>Vileplume any day of the week.
You don't have any levitators/fliers and you could need some Thunderbolts. I suggest adding a Zapdos.

Porygon - Z has tunderbolts, and a lot of people are saying unlike Roserade, Vileplume could take a hit.
