I think it should be 50 and 10 since it's more like 75 and 15, because of STAB.

Prophim has ridiculous BST. 600? We have several psuedo-legendaries already, we don't really need more.

Also, a humanish angel pokemon? Too religious IMO, Nintendo would get criticized and sued like hell by religious activist groups(as if it wasn't enough...)
