yeah that is a little weak.
Ex. Rayquaza, the 3rd gen's remake legend has stats of Base stats of 105/150/90/150/90/95
The BST comes around to 680
You're still a bit short

It's not the angel species, it's the idea of a human using a deceased human in battle.
Besides, your pokemon is more like a mantis than an angel. (like your pokemon by the way)
