all jokes aside, I think that
1)The name is too obvious
2)The stats are too low for a mascot legendary
3)the ability is beyond uber
It's a good concept, you just need to refine it some more. Although, I think there are better ideas out there (no offense)

Black robes is a good idea, but makes it and the red eyes the only trace of the dark type. So, its black itself for now.

first pokemon brings in God, then the pokemon suddenly assume races? What's next, discrimination between pokemon "types?"
Just doesn't seem right to me, Pokemon is rated E...

Maybe your just racist. Ok, it can have black robes, but the actual body will be grey (closest color I can think of thats half way).

I was actually leaning more towards black wings than black robes, but it's your pokemon. Unless ninplayer refuses to put it in the Dex if you don't edit it, you don't really have to listen to anyone, it's just constructive criticism.
