OK so as you know I havn't been on the pokemon scene for long...well I was for a while but took massive break...anyways was just wondering about BST's you guys were talking about...if its a single...non evo pokemon what should the minimum BST be do you think?

For a stand-alone Pokemon? Well, go for around 450 BST if you want a decent one.

Just try to not be less than 425 and not be much higher than 500
