This is my second pokemon attempt...I'm not usually very good at these things so hope this turned out ok ^_^ :

Name: Crockalsh

Type: Grass

Appearance: Looks like an average crockadile but with sharp spikes on its tail to smash pokemon with.

Ability:

Height: 2'0"

Weight: 80.4lb

Pokedex Entry: It sometimes uses its big tail to attract attention and as a mating call for others. It mainly lives in swamps and heavily grassy areas.

Base Stats: 85/70/100/60/65/50

And no to it having more Sp.Atk, since crocodiles are more apt to crushing you with their teeth and/or tails than firing lazors at you.
