Nah, my Relihc has ice/rock typing. I posted it a couple days ago, and reposted it today.
Otherwise, interesting method of evolution. Nice.

I might accept Colosteel just because it has like, the worst typing in the history of Pokemon.

Actually, the second-worst typing, I'd say. Grass/Ice has the most type weaknesses. A Pokemon that's 4x weak to Earthquake is never a bad thing because it makes Earthquakes so predictable, particularly Choiced ones, allowing you to switch in a flier or levitator with impunity.
It's also kinda weird that it changes type completely when evolving. The only other one to do this is Eevee, but Eevee changes type for obvious reasons. Here, we have an Ice/Rock that becomes a Poison/Steel? How does that work? At least give both of them one common type.
If you make their common type Steel, then you could also give them both the same ability rather than giving Colosteel a slight variation of his prevo's ability.
Ability: something Effect: If Colostone/Colosteel was attacked during a turn, the attacking Pokemon loses 10% of its HP at the end of that turn. If Colostone/steel wasn't attacked, it regains 10% of its own HP at the end of that turn.
