Form 1/1 Name: Illustrio (Illus=Illusion, Lustrio=Lustious=Light) Type: Psychic (Tell me if he should be Aura also) Appearance: A purple cape with glowing stars on it. Over the cape, a wizards hat, purple, and it Is slightly glowing. Has red vertical oval eyes, completely red, 1/4 of the eyes are covered by the hat. Has brown shoes as feet. As it's hands, it has white gloves with small stars floating around them. All the body parts are separated, and floating. So it does not have arms, legs, head, body or a neck. There is a blue sparkling circle floating behind it. Ability: Illusion: When HP is at 30% hp or less, evasiveness raises by three levels. Height: 5"11 Weight: 31 lbs Description: ILLUSTRIO do not take kindly to visitors, with it's ability to make illusions, it causes the infiltrator to get lost in illusions forever. Nice! I like it overall, but again, we should probably limit custom moves.
Anyway, the ability shouldn't deal with flinching. The evasiveness should rise two levels when Illustrio is at 50% HP.

The signature attack is incredibly overpowered. The only attack in the game that has 100 base power and 100 accuracy with no drawbacks is earthquake, and that is stopped by flyers and levitators.

That doesn't change the fact that Judgment exists and is known about, though. I've used it off of Metronome various times.

You've never had a Metronome fight, have you? It's where each player takes six Pokemon that know Metronone, and then battle using just Metronome. These fights sometimes end in a Struggle war, obviously. But they're really fun.
Anyway, I'll get back to the topic. The stats really remind me of Togekiss, which isn't a bad thing. It does what it should do as a Psychic-type.
