The map of Chrona version 2.0 is here! This map explains every area broadly, but most paths are routes and have no significance. The only things not even leaked out would be the other 2 brown blocks. Follow the key on the map compared to the descriptions here:

Subway A Stops and Subway Station active after all 8 badges are obtained.
Subway C Stops active after the Chrona League is cleared. (Also allows access to Battle Area)
Subway B Stop active after the Chrona League is cleared, the 4 Sidegyms are completed, and completing another task. (Also allows access to Brown Block #5)
U & V available after beating all 4 Sidegyms.
W available after obtaining the Scarlet Badge. (During the story)
T available after the Chrona League is cleared and the 4 Sidegyms are completed.
Phew! Found it finally. The URL is www.freewebs.com/pokemontopazandamethyst/ and you can check the updates and forum as well to see the updates. That's what I started last year and haven't quite finished, and as you can see, we were supposed to release Fall 2008...well we're way over that now!
