If there is an exact tie (only two people are voted for and are tied) wil you make both of them mods?

What I mean is since you expect nine votes and then your own vote, two people can both fave five votes each while everyone else has 0.

I know. Which is why we can have a tiebreaker poll.
That can't happen anyway, because right now, there are three different people with one vote each.
