Exactly, that is the reason most utensils that go into extreme heat have wooden handles.
Conductivity relates to both electricity and heat. However, I'm wondering why anyone would even bother using an electric or fire attack on an electric and fire type pokemon. Are there even any 3P Hitting Electric or Fire Type attacks?
Also, Fire =/= Elecricity, and I do not know how the hell you deducted that Electricity = Steel.
