I'v been meaning to make another team for online competition...right now mine's just average, but this is the team I'm using now.

I only have on question: Do Charge and Discharge have a combo deal with each other? Like after using Charge, Discharge gets a bigger boost than other Electric attacks?

I dnt' know, but the charge+(electric attack) combo works pretty well in general. Not to mention the Stat boost.

Don't use this for competitive battling, is all I gotta say. You will get your ass handed to you.

Yes, greatly. Offensive is good, but have at least one support Pokemon if you plan on having as many sweepers as possible.

4 attacking moves and no stat boosting moves on a Pokemon are definitely not preferred, unless you have something like Alakazam that doesn't need to be powered up.

Terrible. Empoleon can't sweep on its own, and Hydro Cannon is a despicably bad move. Also, Earthquake on an Empoleon? You must be nuts.

Never, never, never, never, NEVER use Fly for competitive battling. EVER. The only Pokemon that should EVER use a two-turn move like that is Gyarados with Bounce, and that's only for weird sets. Also, NEVER EVER use attacks that boost a certain type of move like Sharp Beak. Especially because flying attacks suck and hit tons of stuff for x0.5.

Don't use swagger. You're just giving your opponent a free swords dance, and a confuse that's not even that bad. Charge sucks and shouldn't be used anywhere. Luxray are prominantly physical, so why Discharge?

DON'T USE REGIGIGAS. Slow Start is worse than Truant! How do you plan on stalling for five turns with that moveset, and even if you do, if you have to switch, you'll have to restard Slow Start again we he comes back! Quick Claw is a major NO. NO.

Post your EVs here or we can't rate these right. There are probably some bad natures on these too, I just don't feel like checking. Oh wait, MODEST ON SPIRITOMB? Dude, you're using SUCKER PUNCH. That's a PHYSICAL MOVE, modest decreases your ATTACK. I'm done. No further flame needed.

Geez...

First of all EMPOLEON and STARAPTOR make a greeat offensive combo with those moves:

STARAPTOR flew up high!
EMPOLEON used Surf!
STARAPTOR avoided it!
(it hits, bla bla bal)

STARAPTOR used fly!
EMPOLEON used Earthquake!
It dosn't effect Staraptor!

I'v been meaning to change Hydro cannon...

If someone swiches out a pokemon with sleep, that pokemon becomes useless. The only way for them to recover from sleep (asaid from beries) is to stay in play and wait until they wake up.Which, by that time, they will have taken considerable damage from Spiritomb's Curse+Dream eater combo.

As for REGIGIGAS:

Crush grip works well on the first turn, from then on I can just use drain and ice punch. I have used this combo and survived to the 5th turn, from which He becoms a total Beast. Trust me it works.

Because it's a known fact that Fly sucks. Regigigas does NOT work if you're playing someone who doesn't suck major ass.

Surf doesn't hit your own Pokemon anyway, only your opponent's.

Nobody that has a brain leaves their Pokemon in if it's asleep. If they do, that Pokemon will either a) die, or b) be used as set up fodder for the opponent.

I think ninplayer covered everything.
Fly sucks cause brave bird is stronger and doesn't let the opponent use a stat booster.
Actually, most flying types are pretty mediocre. The only good ones that come to mind are zapdos and gyarados.
