Please stop ending everything with-ar.
Please don't make it have the Truant ability unless it as the most amazing defenses EVAR.
How the hell does a panda bear obtain an Aura/Steel typing?
And finally, the BST is 470. Please don't give something 200 points worse than Slaking an ability that totally ruins every Pokemon it touches.

Ouch. If it makes you feel better, I removed the "r" and the Truant ability, and panda is what came to mind at first, and anything is possible. What are you, the cheif officer for the negative police?!?!?!?

If you still want to roll with the idea of a Steel panda, make it Grass/Steel. Being bamboo-themed and not being part-Grass is very weird, don't you think?
