My idea? I'd suggest calling me Killer and him KE or Edge, because I get confused.
I was going to suggest a Dark/Dragon and Aura/Psychic mascot thing, but Eclipteon is already Dark/Dragon.
I like Dark/Fighting, however. It's actually better than dark/Ghost, because Aura does 4x on it now.
Guys, don't worry about the Dark/Ghost thing now, it's ruined! Spiritomb, Sableye, both pointless now.

We definitely do not need another Dark/Ghost.
Especially not one that has respectable sweeping abilities.

He's not suggesting Dark/Ghost. He's just bringing up the fact that, because Aura hits both Dark and Ghost for supereffective damage, now Spiritomb and Sableye have a 4x weakness. Which ruins their reign as the only Pokemon with no type weaknesses.

Oh, gotcha.
I've tried to come up with a different combination that has no weakness, but I couldn't come up with anything lol.

I found a way to fix that, though. Just make Aura NVE against Dark.
It sounds weird, yes, but it accomplishes two things. One, it ensures that Dark/Ghost still has no weaknesses. And two, it helps make sure that the war between Aura and Dark isn't completely one-sided.

Huh?
No, that would make the war between Aura and Dark totally one sided to the Dark side.

I didn't realize that Dark was SE against Aura.
How 'bout both types be NVE against each other? We're talking the forces of light and dark, in a constant power struggle that has led to a bleak evening-out. They're virtually incapable of damaging each other due to their constance.

I guess that would make sense.
Dark doesn't hit much for super effective, though. I was trying to help dark out

Dark is one of those types that's like Dragon. It gets its kicks not out of being supereffective on many things, but by not having many things that resist it.

Dragon: resisted by only steel
Dark: resisted by Dark, Fighting, Steel, and now Aura.
Somehow I'm not seeing what you're saying.
