Sorry, it took forever to get my custom template up. And yes, Aura is apparently the second-blandest type in the game, next to Normal.
Good news is, we're still not finished editing it. I want to correct it with ninplayer so that I can confirm the second graph I put up and keep it there.

I just used diagonal patterns of 4 shades of blue ;D
But I forgot to add Aura to the top, where the Pokemon types are, so I just edited the first post's chart.

A type doesn't need to be super-effective on a lot of things to be a good type, you know. Look at Dragon. Easily one of the best attacking types simply because so few Pokemon resist it. It would also be one of the best defending types in the game too if half the Dex didn't learn Ice Beam.
Dark is pretty bland, too. Hits only Psychic and Ghost SE, and is hit by Bug and Fighting SE. Having an Aura resist, which isn't too common, will make Dark types a bit more desirable. (Besides Tyranitar, who couldn't be any more desired anyway.)

I just put up the new chart, complete with everything you need to know about that Aura type. I didn't say I could never get the chart up.

I'm glad to see you care, pokefan! Took a couple of hours to do, and took longer to get all the type's pictures and stuff than to actually put the symbols into the graph.
