I like the pokemon, however 1)The evolution method is a little screwy. Not many people play at midnight, and it's only a minute long, it can be easy to mess up. Also, you could be using rare candies so the dark attack thing is a little inconvenient, especially if he doesn't know dark moves. 2)The base stats are a little high for a normal pokemon. If it's legendary then... 3)I don't think legends should evolve, but it does have originality. If you want to keep it, go ahead, but ninplayer and killingedge are adding to the Dex not me...

For the time being, I tidied up the post, and fixed the evolution method. Why does it have to use a Dark move if both forms are already Dark-typed?
I'm gonna say this, though. Legendaries don't evolve. It's a cardinal rule of Pokemon. Either eliminate a form or don't give it legendary stats.

Try this.
75 HP / 110 Atk / 70 Def / 105 Sp.Atk / 75 Sp.Def / 125 Speed (BST 560)
He can't take a hit too well, but that's what you'd expect of a wolf. He's got the capability to hit reasonably hard from either end of the spectrum, and the Speed to pull off hits against non-priority users. So, think of him like you would Infernape.
Oh, and here's an ability idea.
Ability: Tracker (If the foe switches Pokemon before this Pokemon attacks, then this Pokemon's attacks deal 20% more damage during this turn.)
Fun with Pursuit, and still good otherwise.

I'm just the messanger. He will probably say it and make you change it. your only hope for not changing it will be killingedge, since he can accept it with the ability.

I'm goin' to bed now, but I shall be back tomorrow to see how things look.
Tomorrow is the day that I put up the revamped Silcoh Dex, and then I'll start handing out 'acceptance' or 'needs more work' notices.
