Wow, uh...a couple of things wrong here:

1. Staravia already evolves into Staraptor at level...30-ish, I forgot, someone correct me.
2. If you meant Staraptor, that's a 4-stage evolution, and we should stay away from those.
3. The base HP is basically only lower than 4 Pokemon (Blissey, Chansey, Wailord, Wobbuffet) and equal to Snorlax. That's high considering it seems easy to obtain.
4. The BST is a whopping 715, which is a higher BST than any Pokemon in the game except Arceus. This probably ensures Uber status.

In conclusion, probably weirdest Pokemon ever submitted. Sorry to burst your bubble, but I would just suggest fixing it up to actually be fair to other players.

Could maybe be a starter pokemon?? If so might want to dim down look abit as may look too professional for that level and the pokedex entry for that matter -_^. Not sure if starters have been decided yet though either...

Appearance: Body looks like a staravia but is colored deep sea blue color and its tail shimmers constantly with water droplets.

Ability: Intimidate

Height: 4' 5"

Weight: 45.9 lbs

No evo (if started pokemon two evos afterwards naturally, planning them now )

Pokedex Entry: Said to have come from the clouds itself, Tailrain uses its tail to blind the opponent and then swoops in . It is know worldwide as a very graceful pokemon.

Base Stats: 21/12/11/12/8/8

Btw guys havn't done this for a bit as have said...just trying to remember is there a certain way to figure Base Stats or do you just know the average and what you think is right for that pokemon?

Every Pokemon in the game (including the starters) so far are in the Silcoh Pokedex section.

Why are the Base Stats so low? No art to figuring them out, you just see what fits best for a Pokemon, and think about BST's (base stat totals) of others to see if it's right. The current BST is 72, which is by far MUCH lower than expected, because Sunkern has a BST of 180, and it has the lowest BST yet.

Some people are just bad at creating Pokemon. I can NOT create original Pokemon myself, but I do better with evolutions and pre-evolutions, because I specialize there.

yea lol...I only thought keep it a bit low cus it maybe being a starter poke but didn't know about them being done! I think I'll have a look around the pokedex so far and base on that a bit too...is it better than the original tho?

For a first form, you could make it's BST about 200-350ish just to help.

Way too low, at lvl 100, all it's stats may, if your lucky, be 40 at most.

Your right, Steelix at lvl 100 has 400 defense, divided by 10 for the highest stats and by 20 for the others.
So...
Highest stats: may reach 35-40
Lowest: Lucky if reaches 20
